Art Therapy
-Art Therapy can complement talk therapy nicely
- It is optional
- It is suitable for clients of all ages and abilities
-Focused on the creative process (metaphors, self- talk while creating, etc).
-Never focused on the final product​

What to expect in your first session:
-Reviewing Confidentiality and privacy
-Information about CRPO membership and the Jane App
-Fees and Cancellation policy
Confidential Virtual Sessions hosted on the Jane App
Log on and attend therapy from the confidential space of your own home!

Well suited for clients who:
-Live all over Ontario!
-Are immunocompromised
-Have mobility challenges
-Do not have time or ability to travel to the clinic
Choose virtual sessions in inclement weather or when feeling physically unwell.


Walk and Talk Sessions- Offered from May to October
-Please wear comfortable clothing and dress for the weather (layers can be smart)
-Start from the Health In Balance Clinic and enjoy therapy sessions in nature.
-Longer sessions allow time to walk at your own pace
-The therapeutic impacts of nature are additionally beneficial for your mind and body

Often, my clients (typically women and teens) begin attending therapy during a time of challenge, change, or life transition. I bring over 15 years of experience successfully supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, intergenerational issues, as well as grief and loss. I support clients in putting themselves back together after upheaval and moving into the future as their full, integrated selves. I offer tools for today, while clients create longstanding change. I am passionate about intergenerational healing and work with those embracing a growth mindset, ready to shift their life
trajectory.​
